Return Policy

Returns — At Circa50, we offer an unconditional guarantee of your complete satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason we will accept it back for a replacement or refund within five days of receipt, provided you notify us of your intention to return your purchase by e-mail at circa50@sover.net, or by telephone, toll-free, at 1-877-247-2250. Special order merchandise may be returned for replacement or store credit only. In either case, the purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee may apply. Shipping charges for international orders, or where otherwise applicable, are non-refundable. After five days from receipt of your purchase, this unconditional guarantee will become void. We will continue to work with you, however, on exercising the rights you may have been granted with regard to any manufacturer's warranty on any item purchased from us. Cancellations – Orders for special order merchandise that are cancelled prior to completion of the order may also be subject to a 20% cancellation fee. Special warranties concerning Butterfly Chair Items — Circa50, Inc. warrants Butterfly Chair items (covers and frames) to be free from defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date of initial delivery when the products are used in accordance with normal expected usage. The Company's warranty extends only to original purchasers acquiring new products directly from the Company (non-residential entities are excluded from this warranty policy). Natural variations occuring in canvas or leather products shall not be considered defects; and the Company does not warrant the colorfastness or matching of the colors of such materials. No warranty is made with respect to non-standard materials selected by and used at the request of the customer or custom sizes requested by the customer. TO THE EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, IS LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS WRITTEN WARRANTY. Defective goods must be returned to Circa50, Inc. for repair or replacement. This warranty is given by Circa50, Inc., 5777 Main Street, Manchester Center, VT 05255. The Company's sole obligation under this warranty is to repair or replace, at the Company's discretion, products which prove to be defective within the first year. The Company shall not be liable for loss of time, inconvenience, commercial loss, incidental or consequential damages.
